I used the same 2-piece poly mount in my car about a year ago. I replaced both upper mounts and there was a ton of engine vibration in the cabin. Took them back out the next weekend and drilled about five or six 3/8" holes around the center hole. Problem solved.

Getting the old metal sleeve out was a pain though. Had to get out the hacksaw blade and cut it without scoring the dogbone.
