The manufacturer does not specify adjustments (the camber and caster are not "normally adjustable", but the manufacturer does specify front camber and caster limits. Is the side with the wear problem within these limits? If not, a part may be bent. If it is within the limits, there is probably a part or parts worn out, i.e. ball joints, tie rod ends, control arm bushings, strut bearing or even the strut itself. Did they provide the current measurements and look for worn out parts?
