popping fuse 9

My 94 Aero has popped fuse 9 twice lately. This apparently affects the sunroof, the back-up light, and the cigarette lighter (which powers my radar detector and GPS). The first time, I pressed the button to open the sun roof and it popped. After a few days I replaced the fuse and everything worked fine for a little while. Actually, it worked fine on the drive home after installing the new fuse. Back-up lights worked, sunroof worked, radar detector ON! All the way home, everything was OK. Got home and parked for half an hour while I unloaded and moved cars around. (Yes, I have too many cars, but that's another story!) I finally got back in the Aero and shifted to reverse when I noticed a little flash from the fuse box. Another fuse bites the dust.
I've looked at Townsend's wiring diagrams but can't find one to cover this system, so does anyone have any suggestions? It's been a stormy week here in NorCal, so I guess moisture has leaked into the electrical somewhere. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
