TB Rebuild Again

Engine cold - did a Throttle Body motor resistance check (pins 1,7) and it was failing. Had an open circuit near the idle position. The resistances seemed high and somewhat flaky throughout the range. Dealer was right. Off comes the TB and disassembled. This time I gave the motor a good cleaning (in the brush areas) with several iterations of spraying it with WD40, moving it through its range, and blowing it out with compressed air. Made sure the brushes were seated down good. Problem cleared. Resistances looked better throughout the range. I should of done this the first time I took it apart but since the motor checked good then, I didn't mess with it.
Started up and ran fine, including after warmup and test drive.
If 2 weeks from now it starts acting up again I am going to bite the bullet and look into finding a used TB or rebuild.
The worst part about this job is removing the cover under the radiator and draining coolant.
Higgs - if your new safety valve doesn't solve your problem, do a resistance check on your TB pins 1,7 while moving the throttle through its range. Your symptoms sounded identical to what I was seeing (limp mode as soon as car warmed up).
Thanks to all for your support.
