As the others have noted, no. There is no Mass airflow meter.
There is the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. It's the little black box mounted on the false firewall, on the right side of the engine compartment (looking forward). It's connected by a thin hose to, of all things, the manifold.
Based on inlet air temperature, manifold pressure, and engine speed, the Trionic can accurately calculate mass airflow and schedule fuel. The sensor is more accurate and less influenced by vacuum leaks than the MAF/AMM approach.
I wouldn't try and clean it. The most reasonable air system maintenance is a clean air filter ('natch), and wiping down the butterfly throttle valve with a lint-free cloth. Also, check for vacuum leaks, and inspect the one-way valve between the crankcase breather and the intake. As they age in the heat of the engine compartment, I've seen them get pretty brittle.
