ACC intermittant with clicking from fusebox/relay area

Just happened last night for the first time. Started car cold and ACC was completely off (lit up but completely non-functional) I first assumed a blown fuse when all of a sudden it started intermittently flashing on while a relay-type clicking sound was going on coming from the relay/fuse area. While it was going on, all ACC controlled functions were off (rear defog, rear door fans) As it warmed up it stayed on.

Any experience in where to check first? Perhaps a cracked cold solder joint inside a relay somewhere or loose connection?
