A smoking DI Cassette! Give me the blues...

So my 1991 9000 cd hit 177,774 as I was just getting up to speed on the freeway after work yesterday when the car died and I came to a rolling stop on the left hand side (breakdown/emerg. lane?) of the freeway... It refused to restart, I knew I had to get out and take a peak under the hood and for once I was relieved to see that traffic was crawling along at this time of day. Thankfully no cars would be zooming past me at 70+ mph as I'm standing in the road looking into the engine bay. I quickly spotted whiffs of smoke coming from the DI Cassette where the wiring harness connects to it and I could smell that curious odor of burning electronic components. Eureka, problem identified!
I went to my trunk and popped it open and reach all the way in and pulled out this old box that I shoved in there way back in 2003 and I opened it up and pulled out a nice new blue DI Cassette and swapped out the toasted red unit and was back on my way home in under 5 minutes... What a relief! I don't even want to consider the amount of time, money and headache I would have contended with had it not been for this site and its knowledgeable members/posters. Many thanks on the recommendation to keep a back up on hand.
Now I just need to source a gently used red DI Cassette(if it is from someone here) or does anyone know of reasonably priced new ones?
