i would put some of that into it, and if something catastrophic happens look for another 9000 to put the new bits on.
get the rubber engine mounts and DIY for less than you estimate. struts last a long time so look for a set in the junkyard if they are badly blown.
sway bushings are new? if not, changing them feels like new sways.
it is a tough choice to end a good car's life, but it sounds like there is still some left in the old Aero. personally, i would drive it til it don't drive no mo.
