It will get worse over the next few weeks until you have to try many times to start the car. Apparently the flywheel can become damaged if you keep the bad starter in for too long. I just replaced the starter in my '93 Aero. I used a Bosch rebuilt which looked new when I got it.
The starter relacement job isn't exactly easy but it went smoother than I expected. From the top of the engine I only had to remove the battery, throttle body and elbow. On later years I understand that the battery tray has to come out as well.
