check for cracks or chips too. the plastic is a lot more resistant to abuse than cast iron or aluminum would be.
i used a 2" hole saw to cut an access hole for the tensioner bolt, so i can change the belt without having to take the liner out. i think i can do it without taking the wheel off if i jack it up a bit and use an extension, but haven't tried that.
