how much grease in outer cv boot

I have a torn boot and plan to clean and re-pack the joint.
The boot kit from eEuroparts does not include the grease. How much grease is needed? They sell 4oz and 3oz tubes.
I know some would recommend replacing the entire driveshaft, but I have had good luck replacing boots in the past, and would rather save some $
Thanks,
mpriebe
