My top radiator hose has been leaking the past few weeks so I went to replace it as tightening did nothing. As I took it off, the radiator fitting snapped off with it. Thank god this happenned in my garage and not on the road. Ordered a Genuine Saab/Valeo from eeuroparts.com along with four new Seal Ring (large)for the A/T coolant lines. I did some searches here and you guys rock with all the completed the entire job in two hours going slow and it was easy. These are the step for my 1997 9000 CSE A/T with some lines directly from other posts:

1. Drain rad/coolant system (pull lower hose or open pepcock)
2. Remove BPC solenoid
3. Remove upper rad hose(radiator side)
4. Disconnect the 2 tranny banjo fitting from radiator
(use bungy cord to pull out of the way)
- Almost no ATF came out so I am guessing it drains back in when
stopped.
5. Remove upper bolt that attaches oil cooler(gold colored) to rad (pass.
side)
6. Loosen two lower bolts (7mm)on tranny cooler as the cooler just slides
off. Use bungy cord to pull cooler back out of the way
7. Remove 2 (or maybe 3) screws that hold fan/shroud in place
8. Disconnect and remove fan/shroud
9. Remove the two bolt next to each other at top of radiator by the hood
latch - it is obvious as they are holding the top of the radiator)
10. Remove lower rad hose from radiator(radiator side)
11. Remove bolt at bottom of radiator that holds the routing bracket for
the ATF lines
11. Slide raditor up off the tabs
12. Install it opposite of what you just did
- replace the 4 ATF banjo fitting seal rings (.79 each) so it does not
leak when reassembled.
13. Fill coolant system with about 6 quarts of 50/50 G-05
14. Start car with overflow cap off and run until fan comes while adding
coolant to overflow tank to keep it between MIN-MAX.
15. Replase overflow cap and recheck coolant level next day when cool.

NOTE:
I kept reading about two large bolts that hold the radiator to the subframe but these did not exist on my '97 and I confirmed there is not location fom them on the radiator. It may be for older cars.
Read step #6 again as I spent 15 minutes trying ot get the second bolt out just to find out that the cooler has a fork-lik connection and will just slide up when loose.

You will need to transfer over the following:
1. Large rubber mounting grommet on top of the radiator
2. Clip on screw catches(or whatever they are called) that the fan shroud mounting screws go into.

Having direction compiled from this site made the job SOOOO easy so I have put my own set for the late model 9000 so someone else can benefit also.

Thanks!
