The Aero front seats have higher side bolsters, and the rear seatbacks are more 'dished.' Better to hold you in when circling the Nürburgring. The Aero seats are more sporty than the CSE seats.

That said, I prefer the CSE seats. I'm a narrow guy, and the Aero seats hold me nicely. Great for aggressive driving, but I don't think I'd like them for a 3 hour trip. If you or a passenger are of a 'wider' build, the Aero seats may be uncomfortable. So yes, they are different, and better is in the eye (backside) of the beholder.
