Buy a Forge unit for sure. They are high quality European valves that work great on Saab, Audis, etc. If you'd like to maintain a quieter sound (but louder than stock), then get the Forge Diverter valve. If you'd like some more attention (although the diverter valve certainly turns faces on my 9000), then get the Forge Atmospheric dump valve (BOV). No performance differences between the two whatsoever, it is just too marginal.
I have both for my 9000 Aero, and I swap them out whenever I'm feeling in the mood for a sound change. Right now I have the dump valve (BOV) and I love the way it produces a high-pitch release at high boost, but also a lower pitch release at low boost (it is spring actuated, as is the diverter valve).
Both of the Forge units are spring actuated and are made of forged aluminum, offered in anodized black, blue, red, or silver. They are both fully adjustable - there is a spring kit that is sold separately so you can change the power of the valve when you up the boost later on :)
Both can be purchased online at Forge's website (http://www.forgemotorsport.com) or on GenuineSaab.com. Both are around $120-140 and are well worth it.
If you're looking for a cheaper route, maybe upgrade to the Viggen BOV, which is the same style as your Bosch stock valve, but it's just a little more durable (probably a thicker rubber diaphragm inside).
Hope this helps!
