The electrical load is normal, and I don't think the battery voltage is too low, considering the temperature. The main fan is fused at 30 A, and I'm sure the A/C fan is similar. Between the two of them, they are probably pulling 50 A from an alternator that is rated at 80 A (at 2000 RPM) At idle it is surely less. Check the battery voltage when there is not quite as much load on the electrical system.
