Bucking and rough running

My 1994 Aero looses RPM within the first two minutes of operation. If I try to take off slowly, it bucks and sputters. Once the episode has concluded, it idles smoothly and runs fine. I have noticed that, under full boost/full throttle, the car has a contant stutter and runs rough and looses boost. Under moderate boost and regular driving, it operates beautifully.
I have checked the FPR for leaks, re-gapped the plugs (not replaced yet) and replaced the fuel filter about 6 months ago. I also swapped in a different DI and the symptoms were the same. There is no white smoke upon starting to suggest a head gasket.
The problem always occurs if the car has sat for quite a while. If it has been operated recently, it occurs most times, but not always.
I plan to replace the plugs, but they only have about 5K. They were sooty deep inside the plug, but were tan on the electrode when I cleaned them about 1k ago.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dan
