The Bosch valve and the intake (assuming it's black plastic behind the rad, with an alloy section up to the throttle body and a black rubber elbow up there) are almost certainly standard issue - to find out more you need to post part number and/or pics for us. All 9000 turbos have a turbo bypass valve. The Bosch part is pretty much OK for normal boost levels but if it fails you can buy a shiny Forge alternative, which may be ultimately more reliable but will not add boost, just conserve what you already make.
Your best first option sounds like converting from low-pressure turbo to full-pressure turbo spec. This means the engine ECU can give you more boost pressure by controlling the wastegate via a BPC (boost pressure control) valve. Try entering something like "lpt fpt upgrade" (without the quote marks) into the search box at top right, lots of helpful posts from people who have done this or want to know how. The upgrade should take you to 200 bhp and it should be reliable because it's all regular Saab parts. Match the fpt ECU to your car's age.
There are intake mods you can do, or buy, but frankly they are secondary to making the car an fpt, and even then nice clean air is good for your car's long-term health. You are better off getting the exhaust away faster and reducing exhaust gas temperatures. So other worthwhile mods are a bigger exhaust (3" downpipe/cat or full system) and of course further software mods - these will require the full turbo setup with BPC anyway.
You already know to use the right NGK BCPR7ES plugs, properly gapped, to track down any vacuum/pressure leaks, replace dodgy hoses and use decent fuel so you are up to spec before you change or tune anything.
Finally, tyres, brakes and suspension are important too.
