Is the Brake Fluid light coming on also? Does the Brake Fluid light work (should come on for at least a few seconds on startup after the car has been sitting for a few hours).
Does the ABS light go back out while driving, or does it come on and stay on? Does it go out a few seconds after starting the car, and then come back on? Only after driving a bit?
If you're getting both the ABS and Brake Fluid lights, it is a pressure issue. I'd suspect air in the system or something got disturbed in the repair.
As a check, do the ABS stomp test. Let the car idle until you hear the ABS pump stop. Then stomp the brake pedal, hard and fast - stomp-stomp-stomp. Count how many stomps before the ABS and Brake Fluid lights come on. 12 or more is good. 6-12 is a weak accumulator; less than 6 is a bad accumulator.
If it is just the ABS light (and the Brake fluid light works), then it's probably a sensor. If the light never goes out after starting the car, then a sensor resistance is off. It can be a bad sensor or harness. If the light goes off but comes back on after the car is moving, then it can be a bad sensor, or gunk in the gearwheel on the hub the sensor reads.
