check the length of the O2 bungs in your 3" DP compared to the stock DP. I was plagued by this same issue after installing a Jak Stoll 3" stainless DP. Replaced both O2 sensors, no help. Finally, after much research, time and money spent chasing the cure, I spoke to another saabnetter with the same car, same pipe, same issues. He and his mechanic had determined, after much of the same exasperating searches and fixes, that the 02 bungs were not letting the sensors get down fully enough into the exaust stream. Simple solution, I had mine cut down to about 1/2" depth, reinstalled the DP for the 4th time, presto, no more CEL. Have now put more than 1500 miles on with no CEL. Check it out.
