I replaced my BFG Traction T/As last fall with Michelin Pilot Exalto. The Traction TAs were decent, but not great. Not good enough to try again.
I really like the Michelin Exaltos. I have 205/55s on my Aero. I would get them again. After 12K miles, they are still great, and haven't worn too much. Crisp Turn-in without the harshness that comes with a higher-performing tire, and their road noise is pretty low.
Tires are always a hard decision for me because its one I have to live with for a few years. I haven't regretted the Pilot Exaltos.
Best of luck,
~Peter
