The ACC Only opens the heater core flaps if I set the temperature to "HI".
If I set it to a temperature (62 - 80 degrees), the heater core flap opens completely. I cleaned the "bulleye" and the fan is operating inside it. I'm going back to the Quasi site, but it seems the ACC control unit is bad (I can't get it to do a self-diagnosis/calibration), or whatever control the amount of rod movement on the flaps is defective. Sound about right?
