Bill and Ari, Thanks for the helpful suggestions, and the picture Bill. It helped me find the AIC buried under the intake manifold toward the passenger side. Hard to get to. I prefer just spraying or pouring something vs. the hassle of digging in there.

This seems to have fixed the problem and is very easy:

I removed the large black plastic air intake pipe that is held onto the throttle body with a screw band and noticed a rubber hose connected to an approx. 1/2" hole at the bottom just before the throttle plate. I guessed this is the air intake to the AIC. With the engine running, I slowly poured some Marvel Mystery Oil, into the intake. Most went down the hole at the bottom and to the AIC is my guess. I also put 8oz. in the gas tank. Probably any fuel system cleaner would do.

So far, and for the first time since I bought the car, it now idles fine when I shift into neutral and park. Thanks Guys !
