Try some Drygas. If it's not the problem it won't hurt. I was recently driving our 94 9000 and it started struggling when pushing the accelerator and quit. I got it to run a few times after but it eventually quit and would crank all day but no start. Turned out to be frozen moisture in the gas. Worth a shot, especially since you say it's been very very cold there. You could also try the DI Cassette, if you have a known good one, swap it out. You could pull one of the plugs after cranking and smell for fuel to see if it is even getting any, or pull a vac hose on the intake and squirt some carb cleaner when cranking. If it starts with a shot of carb and then dies it's a fuel problem. Good luck!
