You say the power to the power antenna isn't hooked up - Is that because fuse 19 is pulled? That's a start...

The antenna motor has a two-in connector on it - one pin is power from the fuse, the other pin is the up/down signal from the radio - typically a green wire. There are switches in the motor assembly that tells the motor when to stop moving, and those switches link into the antenna up/down signal.

The easiest approach is to disconnect the signal right at the antenna. Pull back the carpeting by the antenna motor. Look for the two pin connector pig-tailed from the motor and disconnect it. Leave the thick antenna wire alone. That should fix the problem - the antenna motor switches aren't in the circuit anymore.

As to how that switch is impacting the central locking, it's probably that floppy black wire. Black is usually a ground. The antenna switch is providing a ground. So with a bad ground in the dash, the ground at the antenna motor is providing a path. However, I wouldn't just ground that wire. I suspect that whomever installed the aftermarket radio did a real bang-up job - bang-up as in a horrible accident, bent sheet metal, that sort of thing. I don't want to assume anything, other than it's messed up.

I'd pull the connector right at the antenna motor, and live with the wiring as it is. Or - it all depends on your personality - I'd rip out the aftermakret radio wiring and start from scratch. I've done a bit of electronics work, and trying to guess what wiring is doing is very hard. Simply wiring it right form the beginning is best.
