writeups is the fact It says nothing about keeping the pressure! Even quasi's great write-ups says you can use the bar with a friend OR the tool, but I see nothing about keeping pressure so the item doesn't compress.

More importantly

1. what is the trick to get the piston compressed and put back together, I'll make the tool to keep in place.
2. even if I bought a new piston how does it stay compressed when you install it, no write seems to cover this.
