Hello again, I recently posted another thread asking for advice on how to pick a 9000 to buy. Unfortunately, it seems that I'm going to have to wait a little while longer before making a move, but I thought I would keep collecting information anyway.

Just how much are some of you paying to keep your cars on the road (preferable those of you in the 150,000-250,000 mile range) I had been reading that these cars are incredibly reliable, and the high mileage registry on this site seems to confirm that, but I have also read in other places that maintainence costs can be very high. For example, in one review I read, this guy says he loves the car, but repairs have cost $9,000 in 6 years. That's too high for me. I plan on fixing everything myself, but even so, if the cost of parts is high enough to be mentioned in the same sentence with the cost of fuel, I don't think I can swing it. As a college student, I'm poor. :)
