There is an adjustment in the rack and pinion. It is underneath the car on the driver side. It is a large nut with a locknut on it. It is really and adjustment for wear in the rack and pinion. Mine was slipping a bit when turning the steering wheel and tightening the nut stopped the slipping. It MIGHT do what you want because when I tightened it to much, the steering wheel wouldn't turn at all. Don't change your toe or camber. Your tires will wear out.
