So I finally got a change to dig into this a little bit. The BPC must have failed somewhere in the middle of it's stroke. I can blow through the C-W channel, but only a little. The R-W channel is much more clear and I am guessing that it was a "set" boost of around 10-12 after adaptation. I put another one in today and realized what full Aero boost feels like. I was under the impression that these things always fail safe. I have been proven wrong once again.
