I'd go with a new Genuine SAAB slave. If you choose to rebuild (I don't even know if this is possible) or re-use your old one as is you may be back in there in a few weeks or months. Not something I like to mess around with personally more than once every few years.
The main seal is a little tricky, but if you make a tool to pull in in evenly you'll be ok. I made mine out of 3/8" plexi, so I could see what was going on behind there. Whatever you do, don't deform it or you'll be doing it again for sure.
