A couple of oily questions (no, not what kind to use)

Oily Q # 1
When replacing the voltage reg on the '96 CSE a few weeks back I moved the oil filler tube to make access easier. I didn't remove it, just undid the tab at the top so I could work more easily.
Fast forward to the track day 3 weeks back. Between track sessions I noticed some oil on the false bulkhead that looked as if it had spattered from the filler cap, but on post-track investigation it looks as if it is leaking around the bottom of the filler pipe, where it goes into the engine block. I am guessing there is maybe an o-ring or maybe just a flange that I disturbed when I moved the pipe doing the VR. Not a lot of oil has come out, so it's not a big issue, but I'd like to fix it. So what's the best way to address this?
Oily Q #2
When I changed the oil just before the track day I noticed what looked like some seepage coming down from the crank pulley area. So today I pull the front fender liner to get a better look, and sure enough, there's a little seepage from the front seal--just a film that migrated down to the side of the oil pan. Now, at 13 years old and 162K miles, some seepage doesn't seem too unusual, and it certainly doesn't amount to much as I haven't needed to add oil between 5-6K changes. OTOH, should I be thinking about dealing with this? And is it a DIY job or something I should have my indy do?
Non-oily discovery of the day: Need a right tie rod end. The boot must have just have just split as it was fine at the post track brake flush. Maybe this is my excuse to buy a pickle fork.
Thanks for any comments/help.
