How hard to get the big nut off?

I am in process of replacing a front hub too. I have a 32mm deep socket, a 1/2" drive 18-inch breaker bar and a 3-foot iron pipe to use as a cheater. Is this going to do the trick, or do I need more horsepower?

Also, is it necessary to buy a new axle nut, or will some Loctite do the trick? Bearing didn't come with one, the parts store doesn't list it, nearest dealer is 45+ minutes away.
