After driving it for about a week I am thinking about going back to a rubber. One of the reasons I went with poly, was that it was easier to install without a press. I think with the way the motor is laid out in the 9000, you get more bang for the buck the by having a more solid upper torque “dogbone” mount than the tranny. My dogbone is showing some fatigue and wear, so I plan to replace the bushing on the motor with poly and leave the one on the firewall rubber. The shift coupler is OK, but since they are relatively inexpensive, I plan to replace it and keep the old one as a spare. Older 9000 are getting scarce and I very rarely see any on the road. Even the Saab dealer does not stock many parts for them anymore.
