The old one was separating so I replaced it and the stick still feels a bit sloppy and 2nd still pops out. I noticed that there is a boot on the shift shaft going to the transmission that is torn but I don't know if that is causing my problems. The trans no doubt is going to have to be rebuilt soon. Also I noticed that the mounting point for the clutch master cyclinder is rusted and cracked and when I push the clutch in the whole cylinder moves and makes a cracking noise. Would I be able to use the later style master cylinder if I get the hydrolic lines and pedal brackets from the later 9000's?
