Nope, no problems at all. They were actually the ones who installed it too. That's the same price I paid for their fantastic truly 3" downpipe. It fits perfectly. You may have to fiddle a bit to get it just right though. Also, I had a bracket (also called a stay) welded onto the lower part of the DP and bolted to the transmission case to keep the DP from hitting the subframe, but this isn't always necessary. Depends on the car I think.

Also, they're always making those DP's, they don't necessarily "run out" per se.
