A few years ago I went to an Audi dealership to poke around (for fun). The sales guys swarmed me and I posed a similar question. "I'm interested in a car that does 0-60 in the low 6s or better, comes with a manual transmission, will carry my fully assembled mountain bike, and gets an honest 30 mpg." Of course Audi makes cars that fit most of those requirements (as do a lot of other makes), but not all in one car.
I think that a 9-5 Aero SportWagon might also fit the bill.
