First thing, get a boost gauge and find out exactly how much boost your running. If you're in base boost (around 6psi), look at the hoses going into the bpc valve (black plastic cylinder on top of radiator) and make sure the electrical connection is hooked up as well. If you're running no boost, I'd look at the wastegate actuator arm and make sure that its still connected.
Another quick test, disconnect the hose running from the BPC valve to your wastegate, and go for a drive. Under heavy throttle you should get lots of boost and hit fuel cut-off. If you don't, the wastegate of turbo it's self are likely to blame. Good news, turbo usually gives lots of warning (smoke from exhaust) before it goes.
