I went to get the car smogged to sell and couldn't do it because the display just above the steering wheel bulbs are burnt out, so the "tech" said he couldn't do it because he couldn't read the check engine light. Can anyone tell me how hard this is to do? I am guessing I will have to remove the dash top to do this?? Thanks!
