If the quote is exactly as you stated, $375 is a LOT for labor even if it includes an alignment (about $60 at most tire places) and removing completely frozen inner to outer tie rod connections. You can buy a special tool to reach the inner tie rod end for about $55 (one is made by Lisle, see link, there are others). To use it, remove the outer tie rod end from the tie rod by unscrewing it (count the turns for reassembly!), break loose the joint, remove/replace.
