You need to remove the "door" that covers the fuse panel. Swing the door open and you will see a series of "push pin" connectors that hold the door on. Push in the center pin to remove the connector. Once you have removed the connectors pull out the door assembly and you will see two torx screws that hold in the fuse panel. Remove these screws and the fuse panel will drop down revealing the relay panel.
ps. I have no luck with preserving those connectors but the door will stay in place even if break all of them - ask me how I know.
