If you are removing the lines with the rack still in the car, you will need a 16mm and 18mm wrench for the flare nuts on the end of the lines going into the rack. A standard length wrench will work but there is really not enough clearance, you'll really need stubby ones.
It is easy to rebuild the low pressure line. Go to a hydraulic shop and get some good quality 3/8" hydraulic fluid line. You'll need about 4' of it. Then use two of the smaller #17 ABA hose clamps on the end of the hose that goes into the metal line. Cut the old hose line crimp off and remove the old hose. Push new hose onto metal end over both barbs, then place a clamp between each barb and tighten.
I couldn't get my local hydraulic shop to rebuild my high pressure line. I found a good used one off a later 9000 that was not seeping Power Steering Fluid and used it.
It's best to get the correct Saab feed hose from the reservoir to the pump. You could get by with regular hydraulic hose, but can run the risk of it rubbing on the serp belt due to it's location. The Saab one is molded to clear this.
