Instructions below. Consider doing the heater core at the same time - only adds a few minutes to the job and is a common failure point on the 9000. The key for me was recognizing that the blower motor housing is held in by two tabs (see pic at http://jope.fi/saab/www.quasimotors.com/Blower_motor_tabs.htm). These are at the bottom of the aquarium protruding from the firewall. Get an extra long screwdriver and press the tabs outboard to release the blower motor housing
