Tough call. On 'other' motors it's V important to keep any bedded in parts together. That should also apply here. But having seen too many Saab heads and cam bearings, which to my chagrin, were all of surprisingly poor finish... almost like there was an inherent (design?) oiling issue.
On other engines these are invariably finely machined beautifully polished bearing surfaces. Are yours like that? I'm curious, as I've never seen such in a Saab I've had in hand, usually they appear rough and unpolished, often discoloured.
Consequently, I honestly don't think it will make any difference what you use where.
