Hi Ed, as you probably found out TSN's mechanic list for SLO is very outdated. Actually the Saab dealer has just relocated but unless you're in Kansas City where Georges Imports Ltd. is a dealership is usually a scary place to go! The one in SLO is great but like most all really really expensive however their parts guy is the best of the best should your daughter ever need any OEM parts. Morin Bros. use to specialize in Saab's but their employee that did Saab's is no longer there so they sold off their Saab parts inventory however they would be the place to go for service work. I've had them flush one of my 9000T auto transmissions with their machine that completely replenishes the ATF! Here in SLO it really depends on what's needed as there are a lot of great shops but some are better than others at a particular operation. At my son Stephan's shop Lesco Automotive Ind. we do high performance and high end auto machining and at my shop I keep lots of Saab parts for my own Saab's including (early) 9000's so we could point you in the right direction no mater what comes up.
