Unfortunatly, your axle probably is bent. If you think about what would happen if the axle was jacked from the center point, it would increase the possitive camber of the tires causing outside wear.
I'll demonstrate with some appalingly crude ASCI art:

Your first stop should be to anexperienced alignment shop to see what is really going on back there (ie comfirm it's a camber issue versus something even weirder or bad tires). The solid rear axle is not adjustable, but I understand that it is possible to shim it somewhat. Otherwise you're stuck with replacing it with a used axle or having a body shop bend it back within spec.
