FM-54xx1 will fit fine I just don't know how it feels driving and shifting. It has the same gear ratio as the 94cs n/a I used to own. You will need to swap the rear engine mount. That presents a potential problem. The LPT has a smaller drive cup it will not fit the existing aero A/T drive shaft. I'd imagine changing the drive shaft is more work than changing the rear engine mount and carrier bearing. Then again it may not be easy to find a carrier bearing with the large cup which is also stamped "M" for the five speed. If you cannot find the "M" stamped carrier bearing for the aero or FPT you will have to use the drive shaft from the LPT.
The same thing you will envounter on the driver side too. (Sorry I am using the US based jargon having the driver seat on the left hand side.) Either you find a larger cup (for the 5 speed, the A/T drive cup on the slush box will not fit the 5 speed gear box) to replace that on the gear box or just transplant the drive shaft too.
