certainly TQ matters Honda swears by it. But I've also (on purpose :-) to test my theory after wayy too many warped rotors and the subsequent warrantee hassles with the Dealer) driving at hiway speeds with a substantialm load in the car (wife/kids) heavy brake for one of those Stupid Hi way stop lightsa then hold your foot on the brake pedal waiting for the light to change.. If the rotor isn't immediately warped a repeat of the above and it surely will be. Differential cooling of the heated rotor (pad pressure retains the aquired heat in that disc spot only) is the cause.
Put that in our book of trivial knowledge :-)
