I'd say at least two hours, if not more. There are two long m6 bolts at the bottom of the radiator which connect it to the intercooler and the AC condenser. If this is the first time you touch them after the car rolls off the assembly line they will need to be cut because the nuts will be rusted shut to the shank. If the mechanic know what he is doing he will know it is not straight forward.
