Be sure you have undone all the screws and bolts.
Release the a/c pipes from the clips that hold them in place over the RF fender.
Wiggle, jiggle and pull to get it loose. Have some bungee cord ready to wrap around it to pull it out of the way. You will be lifting the pipes as well, so be careful. If you need a second pair of hands to hold things, call a friend.
My indy does this all the time. It is awkward and a nuisance, but you can do it with the evap still in the car.
