Relay box is accessed by first accessing fuse panel - passenger side foot well area. Remove fuse panel door assembly - held in place by four "push-pin" fittings above the fuse panel. Some have reported success in removing these fittings by pressing the center pin in by 1/8". More often than not I end up breaking them. The panel will stay in place without them. At any rate, once the panel is removed you will see a a couple of torx screws that hold the fuse panel in place. Remove these and the fuse panel will drop done exposing four rows of relays.
