i have one w/ 325k running strong no quirks - driven hard since buying w/ 90k miles. it has a glove box. At 250k - timing chain/ balance shafts; 300k fuel pump and radiator; just did manifold gasket/ had 4 broken studs + heater core done at 324k.
I would not not factor to heavily the mostly negative random comments about 93 model year or tcs in general. The core issue w/ 93.5 aero's is the original tcs wire harness did not have all gold connector to DI which was the 'fix' - the Throttle Body also must have all gold connectors. I purchased my car with replaced harness and TB that was completed by saab under warranty bu original owner so for me I had no issue w/ tsc other than the 100 dollar tcs safety valve (the one on the firewall) and preventative maintenance rebuild of my TB by Ultima (just google 'ultima tcs'). If the car you're looking at has original TB and harness then perhaps pass since the lack of all gold connectors is proven to be shyte.
